The Rancho Bernardo Unit is a group of multi-generational, energized and motivated women dedicated to supporting the mission of Rady Children’s Hospital. Members meet on the second Wednesday evening of each month at a private home or restaurant. 

Auxiliary activities include providing new clothing for patients and families who arrive at the Emergency Department, brown bags with snacks for patients and families waiting at the hospital, decorating the hospital for the holidays, and even filling needs at the hospital, such as collected crutches for the hospital due to a supply chair shortage (pictured above).

We will fundraise for the hospital and along the way we will have fun, make memories and develop wonderful, lasting friendships.
